The information is gathered for the purposes of Neath Port Talbot Theatres to create a contract with customers and to finalise a booking, information gathered is also used to develop audiences, for marketing analysis and influence programing decisions. Personal information provided is used by NPT Theatres for themselves only unless otherwise stated.
We will not share your data with third parties unless we are required or permitted to do so by law. We will share your data securely with the following third parties under our data sharing agreement with : Mailchimp email provider on an opt in basis only, with a continuous opt-out option available. The information will be held by the Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council for a period of 5 years, which will be cleaned at the beginning of every new financial year if no activity is made by a customer within this period, and the record remains unused.
